Membership

IGCS&R has a range of membership options to suit all German Coolie enthusiasts. Membership applications go through a approval process that involves all members. IGCS&R Australian Branch reserves the right to refuse membership at any time during the application process.

IGCS&R is not concerned about having a huge member base.Honest commitment to the German Coolie breed is more important.

Invitations have been made to those who can value add to not only people who are Coolie lovers and owners but who have knowledge and experience in many areas of canine matters.

Some of the benefits include a monthly newsletter, up to date genetic information, club training days.Members that are experienced in various disciplines  and willing to provide information and support to others  and the knowledge that IGCS&R is devoted to the German Coolie Breed and its future.

Registration

Dogs are accepted into the IGCSR database after being assessed, all dogs must have at least one generation of known parentage before gaining main register status.

Dogs of unknown origin are only registered as pets and not considered suitable for registration as breeding animals.

All dogs registered must have the following attributes:

• Excellent temperament
  
• Natural keeness for stock work
  
• Be sound in conformation
• Aggression of any sort will not be considered
• Coats  - short or long, no rough coats - rough coats are not considered to be a German Coolie coat style
